Basil Fried Mushrooms

Great for a starter, or an extra to a meal. Quick and cheap, this is sure to get the taste buds going!!

Ingredients:

1 250g punnet mushrooms
65g butter
1tbs basil pesto
1tbs olive oil

Method

Melt the butter and oil. Add the mushrooms whole and fry a little. 

Add the basil pesto and fry until mushrooms start to brown. 

Remember to continually stir to make sure mushrooms are coated completely.

And enjoy!
